How to choose the correct ribbon matierial?
1. The label material decides which ribbon material to choose, normally paper label sticker ( except direct thermal sensitive paper ) , wax, wax resin ribbon.
2. If for synthetic material like bopp, PE, pvc, PET, choose RESIN
3. Wash care label choose washable resin ribbon, because it's washable and waterproof.
Choose the right size for the ribbon, different model printer with its limit for that.
1.Standard size for table portable printer, like for tsc 342E pro, T300-E, zebra gt820 printer, 110mm*300m is ok
2. for small printer, TTP2824 110mm*100m, zebra gk420 gk430t , gk888t, 110mm*74m, argox os214 plus printer 110mm*90m, this matters.
How to operate the ribbon on the barcode printer properly?
1. In any case, ribbon should be a little wider than the labels, for the protection of printer head, which decrease the friction between printer head and labels.
2. put the ribbon on convey spindle, barcode labels or stickers on label roll spindle, especially notice that the ribbon or label must be in the middle of the spindle, and aligned.
3. Be sure that the inking side of ribbon will be contact with labels
How to preserve the ribbon:
PRESERVATION ENVIROMENT:
Usage: 5℃-35℃,45%-85%relatively humid
Shipment: -5℃-45℃,20%-85%under relatively humid, no more than one month
Storage: -5℃-40℃,20%-85% ,within one year.
To ensure the best printing effects, please according the above request to protect it from outside environment influences.
